A. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery cost will be calculated at check out

B. CUT OFF TIME

In general, domestic delivery order cut off time will be 10:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne).

C. Delivery Terms

We use local couriers to deliver our flowers.

D.CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customercare@thebigbloomtheory.com.au or Call Us at +61 478 262 094.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Flowers Damaged In Transit 

If you find your order is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the it from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the flowers has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
